Lara olde Bolhaar
Lara is a personal trainer passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and live pain-free. Originally from the Netherlands, Lara has always been active but didn’t always feel strong or confident in their body.
Lara focuses on meeting clients where they are—whether they’re beginners feeling overwhelmed, athletes refining their technique, or individuals working toward moving pain-free again. Their coaching is not about quick fixes or trendy workouts, but about building real, lasting strength and confidence in the body.
Lara continues to expand their knowledge in strength & conditioning, biomechanics, and movement quality. Their goal is to provide clients with the most effective, evidence-based coaching, helping them train smarter, not just harder—and most importantly, feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies.

Tyler Marsh
Tyler is a CF-L2 Certified Coach with additional certifications, including a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and a Masters Certificate in Personal Fitness Training through the Sport Performance Institute. With over 7 years of coaching experience, Tyler is passionate about helping others become stronger and healthier.
He takes pride in guiding clients through their fitness journey—whether it’s improving a movement or hitting a new personal best. Tyler focuses on building lasting strength and overall health in every session, ensuring clients feel more capable and confident in their bodies.
Building personal connections with clients is also a key part of Tyler’s coaching. Getting to know each individual and seeing their progress drives his commitment to helping them reach their goals.
Personal Training Options:
1 Session - $100.00 +HST / Hour
4 Sessions - $360.00 +HST/ Hour
