Attend 3 coach-led classes or open gym sessions per week.
Unlimited
$169 + HST / Monthly
Attend unlimited classes every week and open gym. No restrictions.
Attend up to 10 classes or open gym sessions. Pass expires 3 months from the purchase date

One-On-One Time
Movement patterns and keeping you safe is our priority. With one on one coaching you get your movements broken down, and tweaked to ensure you get the most out of your programing.
Multiple Coaches
We don’t have just one coach, and you can meet and choose who you think will work for you! You will spend a lot of time working and talking with them, you need to feel absolutely comfortable!
