With the help of Coach Casey and Cait, the on-site RMT, you will be given the modifications to make sure your pregnancy or post partum fitness journey are going to be a smooth one. Also, with our awesome local referrals we will make sure you get the additional help you need if we notice anything that may need more than our attention!

Whether you're pregnant, 3 weeks postpartum, or 4 years postpartum, we have something for you! We encourage bringing play mats, play pens, activity chairs, and toys, as well as snacks and drinks to keep your little one entertained.
And don't worry if they need a little extra attention—we can modify exercises and include your child in the session so they can stay by your side.
