Total Athletics x CrossFit Open 25.2

Another week, another challenge—and 25.2 did not disappoint! This workout was a true test of skill, strength, and endurance, featuring a gymnastics-thruster combo and double unders, plus a pull-up progression that had athletes pushing their limits.

The Workout: A Battle of Strength & Skill

🔥 Pull-ups, chest-to-bar, and bar muscle-ups—a true test of pulling power

Whether you were fighting for your first pull-up or stringing together bar muscle-ups, this workout gave everyone a chance to showcase their progress. Scaling options made it accessible for all, and every athlete left it all on the floor.

The Energy Was Unreal!

The gym was buzzing with energy as everyone showed up, gave it their all, and pushed through the grind. The support, encouragement, and epic finishes reminded us why we love the Open!
