Fitness for Food – Lifting Our Community, One Rep at a Time

This past weekend at Total Athletics, our community came together for an event that was about so much more than just breaking a sweat. Our Fitness for Foodevent was a massive success, raising an incredible 409 lbs of food for those in need!

We want to give a huge shout-out to our amazing partners who helped make this possible:

• Danielle from Schanck & Co. for her support and commitment to the cause.

• Kendal from Strong Studio, who brought incredible energy to the day.

• Mike from Mark’s Work Warehouse, for always being willing to lend a hand.

From first-timers to seasoned athletes, every single participant came ready to crush the workout—and they did just that. It was amazing to see people who had never set foot in a gym stepping out of their comfort zones, alongside experienced athletes pushing themselves harder than ever.

The energy in the room was electric. We cheered, we sweat, and we laughed as we worked together toward something meaningful. Events like these remind us what fitness is all about: building stronger bodies, stronger minds, and a stronger community.

We can’t thank everyone enough for showing up, giving their best, and donating so generously. Your efforts are helping to make a real difference, and we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible community.

We’re already looking forward to the next Fitness for Food—and we hope to see even more of you there! Let’s keep lifting each other up, one rep at a time.
